You’ll never guess the next huge thing in formal wear…

What’s your definition of “business casual?” There’s often an opinion that rules, traditional attire or formal wear are the complete opposite of jeans. But what’s to life if we didn’t mix and match things up? The image of “real jeans” is frequently drawn as something powerful, brutal, or deliberately rough, worn exclusively with a pair of heavy shoes or at the very least, with sneakers.

Many manufacturers that can be found in Denimio offer clothes in different styles. Many jeans from Japanese brands, when chosen right, quite successfully look excellent combined with a shirt, a pair of black shoes or even with a bow tie. It all depends on how a person looks at these things and what image of them he is ready to assemble.

To let the secret out: for denim, a pair of classic straight jeans (not very wide and not very narrow) with medium density, without pronounced slubby texture and with a minimum of noticeable details, will look quite clean, cool, and formal. Jeans with a relatively slow fading here would be very helpful.

But for the whole deal, Denimio has a collection of excellent shirts with sturdy silhouettes, made of the finest materials that you’ll find anywhere. Pair these with a great leather bag or smart watch and you’ll be ready to take any place by storm- not to mention relaxed and comfy.

This is a good example of jeans for a “semi-formal” image. Here we see a rather strict and slightly narrowed silhouette. The denim on these jeans is sharp and smooth (as already mentioned, slubby for this style is useless) with a relatively low density, 9.5OZ. The black color of the denim not only fits well with a more rigorous and classical image, but also this kind of denim gets a fade much slower, retaining the original color long enough.

In its traditional and historical form, the trousers-chinos are quite spacious-  however, for a more clean cut, a narrower style will better compliment a stiff shirt or casual bomber. If you still would like to wear these pants in a slightly more relaxed style, you can take this model by the size larger and fix it in the waist with a belt. A slight sheen on the fabric is also recommended.

Very interesting trousers from FOB FACTORY. Pants are made of pique material in a small strip. According to the manufacturer’s idea, this material looks more “aristocratic” than denim. At the same time, all the details of these pants are made in denim style. There is a patch, rivets on the front pockets and a brass zipper produced by Universal.

HAND ROOM 8061-1105 8061-1105 200/2 BROAD PLAIN WHITE SHORT REGULAR SHIRT

The Hand Room company specializes in quite formal things: from premium materials with a fantastic attention to detail to even the ridges on buttons and loops. Here, it is very important how the pocket is located, how the seam is made, how the loops are processed.

The shirt is made of long-fiber Supima cotton from the USA. The fibers of this cotton allow you to make a slightly twisted thread from which surprisingly soft materials are intertwined. The pocket has an unusual rounded shape, the line in the armpit area narrows (this is done specifically so that the seam does not rub the body). Three buttons fix the collar.

According to its silhouette and details, this shirt is very similar to the previous one. However, the whole point here too is in the details. The threads of this shirt are painted with natural vegetative indigo, stained by hand. In order for the thread to acquire the required color, the indigo leaves are first soaked and prepared to gain the necessary fermentation. Then, the color-wash-drying procedure is repeated many times, until the color has acquired the desired shade. A very time consuming production… but truly a bonus. Here, the elegance and subtlety of things (and the present Japanese diligence, of course), have merged.

A graceful comfortable chest will immediately levitate your wardrobe. It uses a very interesting fabric Sashiko with a large weave. Such material is distinguished by strength and simultaneous softness. The vest itself is made rather sturdy and sharp.

Finally, if you want to give your image a little bit of charm and originality, here’s just a tiny tip: use a classic straight tie or bow tie. This season the company Momotaro has produced quite interesting ties made of silk. If you look carefully, you can easily guess the symbols of this brand on such accessories.

Thus, despite the pure “jeans” orientation of many Japanese brands, many of them make things in almost every collection that can be combined with a formal or smart casual wardrobe.

We wish you successful shopping this fall!
