Experiments with denim and jeans style inevitably led Japan Blue to the creation of a new product line. It is called Circle. It’s a simple and understandable concept, where the circle is divided into four parts. Each of the parts of the circle corresponds with a specific style.
The main distinctive element of the Circle jeans is the curved shape of the waistline. That cut allows them to make jeans more comfortable and ergonomic. The whole style of this direction is determined by the convenience and modern urban style of clothing.
Types of Denim

This denim is produced of cotton from Cote D’Ivoire. Local farmers are working in a cooperation programme with the Japan Blue Group. This cotton is characterized by environmental friendliness and a minimum of use of technology in processing. Japan Blue pays 1% of the income from the sale of these jeans in favor of farmers’ support.
– It looks almost like wild-grown cotton, somewhat wild and uneven
– The density is a bit higher than normal
– There is loads of texture (the low tension weaving really pushes the texture to the limit)
– A red thread woven into the selvedge (symbolizing the colors of Japanese flag) and the threads of the colors of Cote D’Ivoire flag.

#4 – Classic Regular Straight (models of this cut are marked as J4)
Yes, this is a classic regular straight cut with a medium front rise, inspired by Levi’s classic 501 model, however, these are completely modern jeans, not repro. Exceptional comfort and modern details in a traditional style.

All jeans from the Circle series have a zip-fly. This is due to the orientation of this collection to maximum convenience and a modern urban style. It uses zippers manufactured by the Universal brand (a division of the company YKK specializing in the manufacture of accessories for classic jeans). These are fashionable and sturdy brass zippers (for example, these zippers are used in the production of Momotaro jeans and The Flat Head).
The coin pocket has a folded selvedge with interwoven colored thread. All copper rivets are punched in vintage style (with fabric sticking out on the front side).
Pockets have a classic pentagonal shape. The upper corners have locked seams instead of hidden rivets. These pockets do not have special embroideries and look concise and minimal.
