Red Cast Denim
An impressive release 5 years ago has turned heads for this pair. The secret that comes from combining slub yarn at the warp with straight yarns at the weft. Though they intended to make it less slubby, it turns out to be even more slubbier than most of their types of denim. Fuzzier too. 16.5oz with a loose weave and all the low tension you can dream of. The reddish hue that deviates from the usual green cast that dominates most of Tanuki’s fabrics will become more apparent with wear – we are certain, this is fabric will please everyone who missed out on the first run. Dubbed as one of the neppiest with a subtle earthy red hue in a good density weave, resulting from beige with slight red tint weft with uneven warp in pure indigo dye without any sulfur in the dyeing process.
